GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE

I had written about #Gymnema sylvestre and its effects on #Diabetes few months back. When www.healthydietfordiabetics.com asked me to write about this less known useful herb I just couldn't give up the opportunity.
Naturally I went ahead and grabbed it!
Took some articles based on research work and compiled.
In the process I also learnt many things

    Most important for me is that “Gymnema sylvestre contributes to cell regeneration associated with the secretion of insulin.”Is Gymnema sylvestre suitable for type 2 diabetes only?
